Reduced infrastructure costs creates faster time to value.
Consolidation unifies brand and enhances site performance.
Organizational training company Strategy Execution wanted a single global e-commerce website that served as their knowledge center, course catalog, and hub for their learning experience. Operating websites in seven international regions presented some unique hurdles not to mention additional operational expenses. Arke knew there was a less expensive way.
Arke’s information architecture, Strategy, UX/Design and Implementation work on the U.S. site established the model for consolidation of all seven global websites spanning three different technology platforms.
Our Approach
After our technology evaluations, we understood how all platforms needed to work together. Sitecore functionality was upgraded and Marketo integrated to engage customers across all user channels. Additional tools were evaluated and added to support translation needs and seamless display of web-based courses.
To ensure platforms would perform as expected we needed to completely understand the customers needs. Target personas and journey maps were created for each target audience: Non-PM, Government, Commercial and the Individual.
Arke challenged it’s Dev/UX teams to reduce friction across the site.
After the CMS upgrade, the successful integrations of eCommerce and MAP the subscription engine experience was designed and deployed resulting in less customer clicks and enhanced content engagement across the site.
