The Art Director is responsible for the conception, design and execution of all creative deliverables for client engagements.
Bringing hands-on experience across a range of mediums, the Art Director determines the overall style and tone for beautifully crafted ideas across web, mobile, social and digital marketing initiatives.
The Art Director works collaboratively and iteratively with the design, UX, development, and engagement teams to ensure schedules, budgets and client goals are successfully being addressed.

The FRM Project Manager works inside our FRM Solutions division, which is a Dynamics CRM product that helps franchisors manage the relationship between the franchisor and franchisee – everything from marketing/sales to onboarding and operations. The product heavily manages the legal and compliance processes at the franchisor.
In Short
As an FRM Project Manager, you will be responsible for documenting client business requirements and managing projects across a handful of implementations, including managing developers, budget, schedule, and status reports. You’ll need a working understanding of the product features and its implementation, strong project management skills such as Agile, and how to document business requirements in written and diagram formats. The key focus of this role is to help our largest enterprise clients further implement and integrate our product into multi-brand enterprises often growing through brand acquisition. You will collaborate closely with our product, support, and implementation teams, and with our clients directly, to create and document client business requirements, build project plans, and manage day-to-day implementation projects. You will work with tools such as Dynamics CRM and Azure DevOps.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will work in a highly motivated environment with team members across product, support, implementation, and client services teams that support clients across many franchise industries – mostly in restaurants and service-based franchises. You will work closely with sales, legal, and operations leads on the client side.
- Manage the implementation of Dynamics CRM solutions leveraging our FRM platform to support the sales and operations aspects of our client’s franchise businesses.

Arke is searching for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our successful and growing team. The key focus of the QA Engineer is to develop a quality of process focused across multiple projects. What You’ll Be Doing
The QA Engineer is responsible for Quality Assurance Testing, User Acceptance Testing, scheduling, coordinating and management of releases across different product categories. These releases can include product feature updates, bug fixes, new feature enhancements, and all other aspects introduced to the product line. This role is also responsible for quality review of various applications and includes creating test plans and strategy, test cases in partnership with developers, business analysts and project managers which are used to shape and verify code and check conformance to business and system requirements. The role relies upon manual testing tools and test automation as a new process within Arke.
What We’d Love to See
- 3+ years quality assurance/manual testing experience on public facing web applications (desktop, tablet and mobile)
- 3+ years of web project experience
- 2+ years of automated testing experience (Cypress or Selenium)
- 2+ years of API testing experience (Swagger, Postman, or automated)
- Previous release management experience
- Ability to work within an Agile or Waterfall environment, including writing or assisting with story creation and acceptance criteria
- Able to exercise independent judgment and act on it
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
