Contentcon25: A Glimpse into the Future

The Future of AI-Powered Content that is.

Chicago played host to Contentcon25, and the energy was truly palpable. From insightful sessions to engaging conversations, the event felt like a pivotal moment for the content management industry. What struck us most was the shared understanding that we are on the cusp of a significant transformation, largely driven by the advancements in Artificial Intelligence.

Contentstack’s Edge Announcement: Pioneering Real-time Hyper-Personalization

The buzz around Contentstack’s EDGE announcement was undeniable. This signifies a bold step towards a future where AI acts as an intelligent interface, delivering truly hyper-personalized experiences in real-time. It’s a move that acknowledges the growing demand for tailored content and positions Contentstack at the forefront of this evolution. For any of you who missed any of the announcements or customer sessions, these can be found here.

The AI Disruption: Conversations from the Front Lines

The excitement and energy at this year’s Contentcon were unlike anything I’ve experienced in the past 8 years. The conversations were particularly engaging, with many attendees eager to understand how to navigate the age of AI. As Patrick Perrone, CTO of Arke, noted, “while everyone recognizes AI as a disruptor, the real question is how to effectively respond and integrate it into our strategies. This resonated deeply with the discussions I had around my latest paper, AI as a Channel and an Interface, where we explore the evolving role of AI in content delivery.” Download a PDF for your team here.

Arke: Honored as Agency Partner of the Year

Adding to the excitement, “I was incredibly proud that Arke was honored with the Agency Partner of the Year award for 2025,” said Eric Stoll, CEO and Founder of Arke. “This recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team in helping organizations leverage innovative content management solutions.”

Final thoughts

Contentstack executives made it clear at the conference and in marketplace announcements that “the future of content is intelligent, personalized, and delivered with unprecedented speed and efficiency.” Contentstack’s EDGE announcement is a significant indicator of this direction, and the enthusiasm witnessed throughout the conference suggests a bright and transformative journey ahead for the industry.

Last but not least

After the event, a lucky Arke booth visitor, Marilyne Renoult, Director of Digital Design from Air France-KLM, was selected in our grand prize drawing. We’ll be shipping her a fantastic LEGO Ferrari SF-24 F1 Car. Congratulations, Marilyne. Send me pictures after you get this beast put together.

And, a special thank you to everyone who joined us for the exclusive Arke + Bynder Sunset Mixer on SkyDeck99 of the Willis Tower. We anticipated a big turnout, but we exceeded all our expectations with well over than 90 people (Customers, partners, prospects and some new friends) taking the elevator trip up to the 99th floor. This was a great way to start Contentcon25 with a uniquely elevated experience. For those of you who joined us, I’d love to see your pictures. The view was incredible.

We’ll see you next year!
